Cozy Lakeview Cabin with Hot tub & Beach Access

Nestled in the trees with views of OF pond and across from Water Safari, this 2BR/2BA boasts a massive 40x10ft deck and a private shared lake beach for a relaxing experience. Being walking distance to restaurants & local amenities means you can explore all downtown has to offer or unplug at home: Grill, roast s'mores at the campfire, soak in the 5-person hot tub or take a spin on our bikes or kayaks- all included with your stay. Option to add on a deep-water boat slip & dog stay! House is situated on a half acre of land with lake/ pond views (though currently partial due to steamboat storing their boat on land); this is a small quiet community in a patch of woods with a few neighbors and tons of deer, ducks, chipmunks and more. You'll have access to the entire main floor of the home, the yard, and shed. We ask you be respectful of our toys and belongings in the shed as we wanted to leave the space available to renters for convenience. Downstairs and garage will be locked as it is currently unusable. The boat slip is available for an additional fee of $50/ day or $300 for the week. Our home is tucked away in a small wooded community with a private (but shared w 3 homes) beach in a serene setting with pop ins by wildlife which caused one guest to note she felt like “Snow White,” but still offers the convenience of a 5-10 minute walk to town. The best of both worlds! Walking distance to town you can leave the property and town is just a couple min walk down the street. Bikes and a lock are provided for your convenience as well! Linens are not included. If you need linens we can provide at an additional cost of $15.00 per person.
